Cancellation policy

- For a 100% refund, cancellations or changes must be made at least 12 hours in advance of the trip.

- There will be a 100% charge for no-shows. In other words, if you do not show up for the scheduled tour, no refund will be issued.

- If you don´t show up at least 70 minutes after scheduled flight arrival the trip is considered a “no show” and is non-refundable. The driver waits for up to 70 minutes after a flight lands for the arrival of passenger(s) from a predetermined flight number. The price does not allow for wait for passengers from other flights.
